RF POWER AMPLIFIER
RAD's high frequency broadband power amplifier series can amplify any signal such as CW / AM / FM / pulse / SSB.
Various evaluation tests, plasma / accelerator / communication / broadcasting, etc. can be used with wideband characteristics and high linearity characteristics.
It is a very versatile product that can be used for various applications such as ISM bands (industrial / scientific / medical).
 

Amplifiers with a frequency of 10 kHz to 6 GHz and an output of 10 W to 10 kW are provided as standard.In addition to monitoring circuits for internal power supply voltage, device current, heat sink temperature, outside air temperature, etc., a traveling wave / reflected wave meter, traveling Wave / reflected wave alarm and emergency stop function are standard equipment.

There are many options available and you can choose from a list of options such as RF switches, gain control, attenuators, circulators, and more.
In addition, additional options (OP-99) are available. This reduces costs by using only minimal, simple supervisory circuits.　
 

Custom power amplifiers are also fully available for in-house design and manufacturing. Power amplifiers that meet customer specifications, such as desired frequency / output power and multi-channel amplifiers, can be flexibly supported at the same low price as standard products.

 

Depending on the required specifications, such as when the band used is narrower than the standard product, we can respond at a lower price than the standard product.

 

We can also provide OEM products to EMC system vendors.
